Party Apple Peel is an Alternative Rock Band from Chicago.
Party Apple Peel has played together since 2015 throughout the chicago-land area.
Drummer and Producer Tim Pienkowski and Singer-songwriter Jade Daniel Steffen got together in 2015 and started writing and producing songs together.
A few months later multi-insturmentalist Riley Hardt, who frequented the local scene, joined the other two on bass.
In mid 2016 keyboardist and vocalist Mark Nabors met Jade fortuitously and was shortly added to the line-up. Shortly before Mark joined, the band recorded and released two singles, Lifeline and Doctor, availible on Spotify and iTunes today. The band then jumped head first into working on an EP. The final product, a self-titled, 5-track EP was released on April 2nd, 2017. The EP was well recieved and every track broke 1,000 Spotify streams within a matter of months.
One of the most treasured moments the band has experienced came in late April, when Party Apple Peel opened for Chicago favorite's Lucky Boys Confusion at the House Cafe in DeKalb. Lucky Boys Confusion's newest album had just hit the top 10 on the iTunes alternative chart earlier that week!
Work on a music video for the song Leather Boots, from the Self-Titled EP, began in March, with the final product premiering April 9th. The Hagan Productions music video, Co-Directed by Kevin Hagan and Jade Daiel Steffen, and Staring Hayley Orellana, the Band, and a number of fantastic friends and fans, has achieved 3.5 thousand views to date on Facebook alone.
Party Apple Peel looks forward to playing shows with local music greats, expanding our travel area, and reaching new fans. We hope to play many locations around Chicago, The Northwest Suburbs, Wisconsin, and the Twin Cities in Minnesota in the coming months. If you would like to recommend we play, host a house show, or play with us, please contact us on the next page.
Best, peace, and love,
